This is my first Halloween in Paragon City and its pretty darn cool. Ya knock on the door and you get a treat, like Inspirations, Influence, Cool Costumes or Salvage. Or....you get a Trick, where villians step out and knock you upside the head, so be on a team kids!
If you get Halloween salvage, save them up...you can get a costume slot too.
