This is Perez Park, and that in the distance behind me is one of those meat cleaver dudes with flies on him 'cause he smells. I'm IceIsx here and this is the closes I could get to him with my steamy mist which comes in handy folks because it makes you invisible sorta, you can pretty much get right up on a thug before he'll see you.A word of advice on getting him is the faithful Ice Block power, anyone else think they have a better move, eh?
