Thanks to the Atlas Bank mish and the police radio, we got this 2 hour raptor wings, which is just as good as the fly power, you can't enhance it or make it faster, but it comes in handy in the Hollows.Just be careful on the time because when your time is up, you'll go screaming to the ground like a bag of bricks!
